MISSION STATEMENT

My mission at B&B Security Consulting is to professionally, competently and thoroughly work with clients to meet their unique security needs by providing a critical analysis of the Security/Emergency Plans.

I work with the client to validate their security program, & Emergency plan to insure they are following the procedures in the program and plan. To do this, I conduct Security Audits, Employee Surveys & Risk Assessments to measure their effectiveness.

I make sure clients always understand their security plans by making them part of the recommendations & solutions in a collaborative environment to help implement the strategy, policy, plans & programs. By including the client, they can now understand the value of security a lot better, feel more informed and therefore more confident and comfortable with the process.

I give clients the value of their Return on the Investment by empowering their leaders to manage their own workplaces long after B&B Security Consulting has left. I do this by training the management team in Threat Assessment and Risk Management Procedures.
